Jeffrey is a world-class swimmer who has represented Hong Kong, Australia and Great Britain in multiple international competitions over the past 15 years. Drawing from his  athletic experience, and his years of collaboration with physiotherapists, he's now launched his own private clinic focused on two pillars: recovery and performance.

His practice helps clients overcome pain and injury while unlocking their full physical potential through cutting-edge technology and neuromuscular interventions designed for lasting results. Recently he won back-to-back World Masters titles in the 2023 and 2024 World Aquatics Masters Championships, and is currently preparing to compete for Great Britain again in the 2025 World Aquatics Masters Championships.

What's my WHY?

"I believe in looking at the whole body to find the root cause of a problem — not just treating the symptoms that show up on a specific area. The body doesn’t move in parts, it moves as one connected system, so it doesn’t make sense to treat pain and injuries in isolation. That’s why my approach goes beyond traditional physiotherapy — I see myself just as much a movement specialist as a physiotherapist.

I got tired of seeing the same physio techniques being used year after year — many of them unchanged for decades. These days, people don’t have the luxury of stopping everything for 6–8 weeks just to do some corrective exercises 3 times a week to recover. Whether you’re an athlete or simply someone with goals, taking that much time off isn’t always possible. As someone who’s still currently competing at an international level, I know how important it is to find a method that actually works. Because when something doesn’t work, you don’t get results — and that matters."
