THE 14-WEEK PROGRAMME

Built around biology,
not a calendar.

Fascial tissue takes approximately 96 days to fully remodel. Anything shorter produces temporary gains that quietly slip back. Fourteen weeks is the minimum for permanent change.

Session 1 - Performance audit (90 min)

We map where force leaks, identify neural limiters, and establish baselines. You leave with your phase 1 plan, built for your sport and schedule.

Phase 1 - Weeks 1–7 · The change phase

Weekly 1:1 sessions. Fascial restoration, neural retraining, force-transfer work. Structured daily inputs of 10–20 minutes between sessions. By week 7, you'll feel the shift.

Phase 2 - Weeks 8–14 · The lock-in phase

Sessions move to fortnightly. New patterns are tested under fatigue, under pressure, in your sport. This is what makes the changes permanent — not just present at week 7.

LPG M6 massage - 3 sessions included

Mechanical fascial treatment supporting tissue hydration, lymphatic drainage, and fibroblast regeneration. Scheduled strategically to amplify 1:1 session work.
