Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and booking system, and your engagement with our physiotherapy services. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and related healthcare services as described on our website. All services are delivered by qualified professionals registered with the relevant UK regulatory bodies (e.g. HCPC, CSP).

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment (no-show), we reserve the right to charge the full session fee.

Payment

Payment can be made at the time of booking online, or alternatively in person at the time of your appointment. In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show, the full session fee will be credited to your account and should be paid before your next appointment.

Medical Disclaimer

Our services are provided based on your health information and assessment at the time of treatment. We do not offer emergency care, and our advice should not replace that of your GP or other healthcare providers. Always consult a medical professional if you are unsure about your condition.

Client Responsibility for Health Information

By attending an appointment and using our services, you confirm that all personal and health information you provide is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for informing us of any changes in your health or new conditions before or during treatment.

We will not be held liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from your failure to disclose relevant health information that may impact your treatment.

Age Policy
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during all appointments. Clients aged 16 to 18 may attend appointments unaccompanied; however, they must provide written and signed consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to their appointment. We reserve the right to request proof of age and/or parental consent where appropriate.

Liability

We will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from misuse of our website or failure to follow advice given during treatment.

LPG M6 Treatment Disclaimer

Some treatments may include the use of the LPG M6 Endermologie® device, which applies mechanical stimulation to the skin and underlying tissues. This treatment is commonly used for therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage, scar tissue mobilisation, and to support rehabilitation.

By consenting to an appointment involving LPG M6, you acknowledge that you understand its purpose, potential benefits, and that it may involve deep tissue stimulation, which can sometimes result in temporary soreness, bruising, or mild discomfort. You agree to notify your therapist of any pre-existing conditions or sensitivities that may affect your suitability for this treatment.

We will not be liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed health conditions or if the treatment is not followed as advised.
