RETURN TO FULL FUNCTION AFTER AN INJURY · LONDON & ONLINE
Back to Full Speed.
Not Just pain free.
A sprained ankle, a torn muscle, a back that gave way - injury takes you out of the things that matter. Work, training, your weekend plans. The standard advice can be 6–8 weeks of rest. Our approach gets you back faster, more resilient, and without the injury coming back.

THE PROBLEM WITH STANDARD RECOVERY
"Rest for 6–8 weeks" is not a recovery plan.
Rest stops the bleeding. It doesn't fix what caused the injury, rebuild how that tissue functions under load, or address the compensations your body built around the pain. Which is why so many injuries come back - often worse the second time.
Standard approach

X Rest until pain subsides
X Generic exercises from a sheet
X Return-to-activity based on weeks elapsed
X Compensations and movement patterns left uncorrected
X Same injury recurs within months
beMaverick approach

✓ Identify why the injury happened
✓ Structured plan built around your body and your life
✓ Return to function based on objective readiness
✓ Movement patterns corrected at the source
✓ Body more resilient than before the injury
HOW WE WORK
Fast. Structured. Built around your life.
Recovery doesn't mean stopping everything. It means understanding what your body can handle right now - and progressively building back from there. Most clients are functioning better within two weeks.
01
Assessment - 60 minutes
We assess the injury, the surrounding movement patterns, and what your body has started doing to compensate. You leave with a clear picture of what's happened and a structured plan - not a wait-and-see.
02
Treatment sessions - 60 minutes each
Hands-on work to restore tissue function, retrain the movement patterns around the injury, and progressively reload the area. Not generic exercises - specific work tied to what your body and your life actually demand of it.
03
LPG M6 - optional addition
Mechanical fascial treatment that accelerates tissue recovery, reduces inflammation, and supports lymphatic drainage. Particularly effective for acute soft tissue injuries and swelling. Non-invasive and pain-free.
04
Between sessions
A clear, structured plan - what to do, when, and why. Short daily inputs that fit around work and your routine. This is where the tissue adaptation actually happens. We update it as you progress.
Storm - Age group swimmer
“Just finished my training and the difference from the massage session is unbelievable. I only did one max 50m sprint, just to feel how my leg was and no joke, I FLEW! During the 50, I didn't feel my leg AT ALL. No joke, I felt like I was FLOATING above the water. I'm glad I used the (LPG M6) machine."
Ian - Olympic Swimmer
"Just finished my second session of the homework and I think I can already tell the difference! My ribs don't flare out as much now when I try to do a streamline, it seems like. My underwaters feel better already"
Jane - Louis' mother
"Looks like (Louis) is fully recovered, playing football again, even managed to get a couple of games before the end of the season. You know you really inspired him, I just went into his bedroom to get his dirty laundry and he's got his towel and ball by the bed. Does rollouts every day. So lucky to have you treat him!"

WHO YOU'RE WORKING WITH
Jeffrey
Chartered Physiotherapist & 2-time World Masters Champion

Most physios treat your injury. Jeffrey treats the person who has it - and there is a meaningful difference

Jeffrey founded beMaverick because he was tired of a system that hands patients out-dated generic exercises, collects a fee, and books them back in six weeks later. That model keeps clinics busy. But it does not get people better.

As a competitive athlete himself, Jeffrey understands what it means to demand real performance from your body — and what it costs when injury disrupts that. He has built a practice entirely around committed people who want to fully understand what's wrong, fix it properly, and get back to doing what matters to them.

His approach is grounded in biomechanical assessment and progressive loading - the clinical method with the strongest evidence base for conditions like plantar fasciitis. No passive treatment. No dependency. A plan built around your body and your life.
