Not sure if you need a therapist, a massage, or just some rest? Our 15-minute Zoom Triage is a quick session designed to give you an introduction to our services, and determine whether we could help you.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment (no-show), we reserve the right to charge the full session fee.
